• Q:  Why are shipping charges on Volcanic Earth products higher than on your other products?

• A:  All Volcanic Earth Products need to be shipped via Air directly from Vanuatu to our customers. There are no special airfares from Vanuatu, so the shipping rate is based on a % of the cost of the item that you purchase. This is the reason that shipping rates cannot be reduced or  combined when ordering more than one product item. Also, remember, every item  has to have a customs declaration form.

• Q: How long does it take for me to receive my VE products?

• A: Depending on flight schedules to the final destination and on customs clearance, you can expect delivery to be between 10 - 14 days.

• Q: What is the difference between the VE Products and Telbari products that you sell?

• A: Both companies feature 100% natural, organic skin care products. The VE Products incorporate all the scents, smells and healing powers of the natural ingredients found in the South Pacific. Telbari uses natural ingredients more familiar in the U.S. All ingredients have more or less the same healing power and beneficial effects on you skin. It depends really on your personal preferences.

• Q: Since Telbari products are being shipped from the U.S, can their shipping charges be combined?

• A: Shipping charges cannot be combined, however, there is free shipping on all Telbari orders of $ 75.00 or more, as long as hipping is within the U.S.

• Q: What if I do not like the products? Can I return it?

• A: You can return your order within 30 days. Check our  store policy for details.
